Shipping Insurance Terms
This is an optional feature purchase to protect your order during transit against merchandise that was damaged, destroyed or lost during transit. This DOES NOT cover other cost including but not limited to Shipping, Handling, Shipping Insurance Cost and Taxes, these are EXCLUDED.
You must notify us of any loss orders within 90 days of the shipping date of the package. Once notified, we will process the claim process after the normal delivery time for the postage method selected and the destination. For damaged claims, photo evidence of damage(s) must be submitted. There is no coverage when a package fails delivery due to incorrect address or custom's issues. Regular website policy applies under these circumstances. In all international orders, BeautyJoint.com is not liable for any shipments that fail to clear customs, this does not constitute loss or missing order. Upon completion of a successful claims filing, we will provide store credit amount equal to the amount paid by you.
